I just purchased a new WD Passport Discovery and when I try to install the Install for Windows software from the drive, it keeps bringing up a message that there’s a problem on WDs end, please try again later. Will this ever get fixed?
Another thing is, I have the WD SmartWare software installed because I own (2) WD My Passport EHDs which I purchased new in 2015.
Do I need to first uninstall this software?
