My Passport passes 2 of 3 drive tests...how to fix 3rd?

I have a WD 2T My Passport. Suddenly it wasn’t appearing in the Finder on my MacBook Pro.

It appears in the System Profiler and when I run Drive Utilities it passes the Drive Status check, the quick test but fails the full test. What does this mean and can it be fixed? Or can it be accessed a different way?

Full Test fail indicates, physical hardware issue with the My Passport. You may try to run First Aid if fails again, need to replace under warranty.
