One of these days, my old computer with Win7 and Windows Live Mail will fail. I desperately want to keep that OS and WLM. I have a newer computer with Win10 and their Mail, and hate it!
I’m told that I can make a system image with Acronis and transfer it to a new internal hard drive, which would allow me to continue using Win7 and WLM.
If that’s true, should I get a WD My Passport, or easystore? Both are on sale now at Best Buy for the same price, so I want to make sure one or both will do what I’m asking.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
If you upgrade your to windows 10 and want to restore windows 7 system image backup. That might not work as you will be on the latest version of operating system.
You must contact Acronis for the same as they can explain this scenario in better way to you.
