My passport not recognised as Target By WD Smartware

NEW Passport 4TB not showing up on WD Smartware as backup device WD Portable Drives

I’ve connected to 2 different Windows 10 PC’s and neither shows the drive. When I connect an older 2TB or 4TB My Passport, they both are recognized.
