My passport just recently started a clicking noise and then the noise stops. I have no access to the drive. I’m not sure what happened but how do get access to the drive and files, thank you.

Is the drive showing up in the disk management or file explorer(if WindowsOS) or disk utility or finder(if macOS). And also you can test the drive for any problems using WDLG tool. Attached are some useful links that could help you.

Moreover, you can also try to connect the drive to any different USB port and with different USB cable also if possible.
Thank you for the information, but the drive is not showing up on my computer. I tried another computer but the drive is not showing up on that computer too.
