My Passport has stopped showing up on windows systems I get the usual noises that it is connecting and it is showing up in the WD utilities program but not able to access it HELP!!!
Did you check the status of drive in Disk Management? If drive not visible in Disk Management, you can check after erasing the My Passport using wd drive utilities.
Note: Erase drive is a data destructive process and can’t be undone once it start.
