When i connect my Passport on my windows 7 computer i’m getting a sound from the computer but when i go to my computer i can’t find my HDD. The white light on the HDD is on and not flashing. i stopped the WD Elemnts software by mistake while it was installing. please help.

If yes, can you please provide the information that is showing.
under Disk management it’s displaying Disk 1 Not initialized.
