I have had my ‘My Passport for Mac’ for about a year and half. I have had this issue before. Sometimes it would work, other times it just wouldn’t ever show up. Most days I would just give up and continue on with out it. I am in desperate need to get on this passport because I have a wedding video to make for my brother. My Adobe Premier is on here and I need to use it.
I have connected my passport - you can feel it running, and the little white light is on.
It will not show up in Finder, it will not show up in Disk Utility. I have went to the system preferences in finder - clicked to show all external disks. Still not showing. I have restarted my mac. Still not there.
I have no idea on what to do or where to look to try to find it. Help. Please!
