once i connect it to the computer it shows the partitions but i cant accsess any ! it keep loading for several min then it disconnect automatically ! i tried to update the firmware but it disconnect ! Help please

Have you tried changing the USB cable in order to confirm or discard a recognition issue? The hard drive getting disconnected hints at an interface problem.
