Apparently the WD backup software worked for Win 7 but not for Win 10. What is the solution? Is there a new backup program for Win 10?

I use WD Backup for my Passport Ultra with no problems on Win 10. Make sure you have the latest and correct version for your drive. Go to Downloads and select your model and download WD Discovery, which should also download the associated apps.
