My EX4100 is now a brick during the update process

The unit failed to reboot.

The online help is fixiated on plugging the power cord into the wall. I have it plugged into an expensive Universal Power supply which has a read out of its voltage and frequency.

I now own a brick. They want to have me open a comand prompt.

Fortunately I backed up everything yesterday.

My question what other manufacturers should I try for backup. Even if we get this unit up, I don’t think I want to use it.
