I have to keep resetting my EX2 because it keeps going missing and I have to reset it. I can still open up NAS share folders from the EX2, but the EX looks missing from my WD sync application on my laptop after a few days. After resetting the EX@, it shows up again and I can sync with WD Sync. But then eventually it goes missing again and I would have to reset it. Also, I noticed that there is not UPdate WD Sync menu in the WD logo icon in the Windows task bar or Mac menu bar. How would I update the WD Sync app?

I am running Windows 8.1. What is the latest version of WD Sync? I currently have version 1.3.5949. Is this a known issue? is it fixed in later versions?
What is interesting is that when I open the WD sync Setting window, I can open the sync folder on the EX2. However , the WD sync menu says the Ex2 is missing and therefore does not sync the files that have been updated on my laptop. Is this a known issue?
