My Cloud Sync App duplicates

Hello,

I’ve a lot of files to upload on my WD My Cloud 2 TB storage. I use the sync app. This app made duplicates of all files I’ve had upload, on my hard disk in computer and on WD drive. Problem, because this folders are bigger and I don’t need double version of this same file. How could I fast remove this nasty duplicates ? Remove sync app ? Deleting all double files will drive my crazy…

Hi Rauxel,

You can transfer all the files manually ( Copy & Paste) to the my cloud or you can also create the automatic backup using WD Smartware.
