My cloud says "Port forwarding connection established." when UPnP ports are not established on router?

I think this is a MyCloud OS 3 issue. Version of the firmware installed is 2.31.204.

MyCloud OS 3 is configured so port settings are manual and MyCloud OS 3’s port forwarding is also appropriately set.

I think the router experienced unscheduled reboot (possibly ISP doing something on their network) so the router’s UPnP settings are reset and the My Cloud OS 3 has not spotted this and re-established UPnP settings.

I think this will affect DL, PR and EX NASs. (… and that is why I’ve cross-posted.)
