MY CLOUD not working after loosing power

Hi to all
My Cloud WD6TB is not working and can’t connect to network after loosing power and just appear led in red color ??

Have you unplugged your device at the outlet and the back of your My Cloud, and then plug it back in starting at the outlet and then the back of your device. See if it reboots and reconnects.

Yes, it is the same device. I have disconnected and connected the device from the back socket more than once, and I have turned it on without the Internet cable and connected the Internet cable and the same result.
It works, but there is no connection to the network, and it flashes red instead of blue
During the previous three years, this is the second device to suffer from the same malfunction

When you say, no connection to the network, do you mean your home network? When you connect the Ethernet cable to your router where do you plug it in?

Are you able to get to the Dashboard?
