Connection fail

Good day,
I am using my MyCloud-device some months now, but this morning, the LED in the front went solid red (not blinking).
When I connect the device with the Ethernet-cable directly to my computer, the LED goes to solid blue, but the device cannot be found in my network.
When I reconnect to the router, the LED turns back to solid red.
What can I do to fix this?
I already rebooted the router, without succes.
