My My Cloud Mirror has been showing Degraded for a while but Drives are tested as Good by WD software. Now, after a Reboot both Drive status lights are solid RED although I can still access the data.
Any solutions? Has my unit failed in some way? I’ve tested both RED 4TB drives several times and always GOOD health. They are 6 months old.

Not included in the above article, but if your drives are more than 90-95% full, you’ll get a solid red drive light.
Yeah, it’s there. It’s the first one listed as a “Warning” after the “Critical” ones.
I know this is an older post I am replying to, but maybe there is an answer. I have a My Cloud Mirror in raid configuration. Red LED is on. System drive is accessible from the web browser, however I am unable to open the drive to remove files to lower the content below the 90-95% level. Is there a way short of disassembly and using a separate housing to reduce the content? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
