My Cloud iphone app does not see all of the photos in my iphone photo app

When I open the MyCloud app and select add photos in the appropriate folder it only shows 14 photos available in the All Photos folder. When viewing the iphone photo app it accurately displays all 394 photos in the All Photos folder. Is there a setting I’m missing to allow the app to see all of the photos?

Do you have iCloud enabled?
Changes are that 380 photo’s are on iCloud and not the local iPhone.
