Cannot see iPhone complete Camera Roll

I’ve recently bought an EX4100 and have installed the My Cloud app on my iPhone 5s. I’ve set up the My Cloud app to backup all my photos from my iPhone camera roll but weirdly it only backs up 20 photos rather than the 3000+ that are actually there. When I try to add the photos manually through the … in the My Cloud app, the app only thinks I have 20 photos in my “All Photos” album. Any ideas as to why the app only thinks I have 20 photos on my iPhone?

The app could still be indexing your photos, or it could be an app error. Try re-installing it.
