My cloud home is offline

Hi, My cloud home is offline suddenly, but I can see my internet and network are running properly. The light of my could is green and flashing.
I do not how to get it back.

Hi, I am having the same problem. My cloud home is offline. Tried support but told me to use data recovery service.
This is how WD works? Not getting any responsible support.

Can anyone advise how I can retrieve my documents?

Hi Keeryi,

Yes. But the solution Is to ask third party to recover my data . I have not had any constructive support . Just show me different links that I can find myself too. I lost my data in my cloud . Now it’s my turn in my cloud home
