so, anyone faced such issue after that 9.6.0-111 release which was released on 05/21/2024?

No issues. Firmware 9.6.0-111 on three separate MC Home all updated properly and no loss of access.

but sadly I could not find “Clear device settings” link which was mentioned in the above document.
So, can anyone here tell me where can I find “Clear device settings” link in my WD Cloud Home dashboard?

It is under Profile in the Dashboard. Profile is the little ‘person’ icon on the right top corner of the MCH webapp Dashboard, It is in the same link you quoted, except you can’t find it - this may suggests that your Dashboard is not accessible and your MCH and cannot boot completely or has lost some functionality.

Local network access can not be switched off

Reboot the My Cloud Home from the webapp (browser) if you are still having problem. There is a 11-step process to ‘Clear Device Settings’, if you can properly log into the local Dashboard, then just follow steps 7-11 Click on the Profile Icon in the top right hand corner.
