My Cloud Home Firmware update

No issues. Firmware 9.6.0-111 on three separate MC Home all updated properly and no loss of access.

It is under Profile in the Dashboard. Profile is the little ‘person’ icon on the right top corner of the MCH webapp Dashboard, It is in the same link you quoted, except you can’t find it - this may suggests that your Dashboard is not accessible and your MCH and cannot boot completely or has lost some functionality.
