its been a week now and there has been no change in the status. I am using 2 units of WD40EFRX 4TB all are on 100% Health and tried factory resetting by holding 60 seconds. But its been a week now theres no change. Customer support also unable to help and dimmed the device faulty. Can someone help me out?
