My Cloud Home Duo inaccessible & can't update

Received an email regarding updating my cloud home firmware at least to version 8.13.1-102, otherwise I will loose connection with the internet capabilities of the device.
I can’t find an update button on my device, already tried to restart it and plug it and unplugging it.
Can I update it from a USB drive or something?

It should be automatic.
Do you know which version it’s running?

It’s running version 7.16.0-220, the version that came out of the box.

It only updates over the air. All automatic.
They say it’s supposed to update within 24h after having been restarted, which what they propose to force the update.
How long since your last restart?

Not much content there no, it’s all Backed up.
And Also Yes i opened a ticket but didnt have any reply.

If you’re talking to me, I did read your topic and all replies. I did not see where anyone had given the link I provided. Just trying to help. My WD My Clouds are working fine. I don’t own a My Cloud Home and don’t plan to own one. I deleted the link since you don’t need it.
