My Cloud Home - Device disconnected on Web, Mobile Apps, WD discovery

My Cloud Home - Personal Cloud Storage My Cloud Home

A few day ago, My Cloud Home is OFFLINE from all apps : WEB, Mobile app, WD discovery.
Plex server is accessible. I have already change router but no luck.

How can i Fix problem ?
