8tb My Cloud offline only in myCloud home web site

Device showing offline when I log into my cloud home web site.

However it shows up fine and works in windows, and also on the ios app,

Additionally the Plex server is no longer found in Plex, though the mycloud drive itself can be used as a library source on another server.

Assume the above is to do with the update firmware, where it has bee said that you need to reinstall plex, but how can I, without getting into it via the do more section of my cloud home on my pc?
