My Cloud Home constantly rebooting

Hi, last week I bought a new 2TB My Cloud Home storage device and since day one it keeps rebooting itself.
Soo annoying, any suggestions anyone.
Currently it’s still saying “offline or rebooting” but the white light is showing solid on.
