My Cloud home can't be seen via afp/smb on MacBook Mojave

MyCloud is attached to the router via Ethernet cable and I have never been able to see it through network connection with my Mac.
I see it only via browser.
Sometimes it’s visible in the left network devices bar, but when the wi-fi network disconnects (and it happens often) it disappears and there’s no way to see it again unless I reboot.
Is there a way to use it in a proper way through a Mac? This way it is impossible to use it.

You are supposed to use the buggy WD Discovery software.

Wa are all complaining about the choice of WD to make it MCH only somewhat usable with that piece of software.

Thank you yes, I use that sh*t but I can’t understand why the system is mapping it in a discontinuous way. Sometimes yes, sometimes not…
So it’s impossible to see it through “Go” → “Connect to server… Cmd +K” → afp://WDMycloud ?

(Using it via browser, for example, doesn’t allow to overwrite folders… it creates a FOLDER_1 version and leaves both on the server…)

Is it mycloud or my cloud home?

Home.
