My Cloud Home appear offline

My Cloud Home device has appeared offline for a few days with the fast light on the device. it happened also in 1st Oct 2021. Can WD solve this issue or give me an assistance since all my data there and I cannot work properly these days.

Sorry, it has NOT been fixed as seen in many posts in this Forum. I also raised a support ticket and escalated it 5 times. No answers given.
