My Cloud - Flashing Red Light ... help!

My device (MyClod - product number WDBCTL0040HWT-EESN) is no longer being seen by windows explorer.

The red led is flashing.

The router does not show it as a connected device (which it is) …

I have, swapped the network cable between device and router. Reset device both powered on and un powered whilst connected and also not connected




The red LED indicates there’s something wrong with the unit. Can you still access the dashboard even though you can’t access the storage volume?

If you can, can you run a system test under Settings?
