My Cloud EX4 blue LED flashing non stop

All five (5) blue LED lights flashing continuesly for days.
I can’t get access to my cloud ex4 from the dashboard. I keep on getting the following message: “Hard Drive Information - The system is busy. Please wait until the system LED turns solid blue before inserting another drive.”

May want to see the dedicated subforum for the EX4 where users more familiar with that device may be able to assist and where there may be past discussions similar to your issue.

Thank you for the reply. I have tried that already and I still can’t find any help assistance on how to get all my LED lights to stop flashing continuously.

Were you replacing any of the drives? The single bay My Cloud, the subject of this subforum (My Cloud), is a completely different device and doesn’t have a front display screen like the EX4 has. And the LED lights on the My Cloud may indicate something different than those on the EX4.

There is this discussion (if you haven’t seen it already) in the EX4 subforum that might have additional information that may be relevant to your issue.
