Hello, i have My Cloud EX2 Ultra (firmware 2.31.149) and it is not found updates from the control panel (button “search updates”), always says it’s updated. The new version of firmware available is 2.31.163 (Software and Firmware Downloads | WD Support).
This has already happened from previous version to 2.31.149 (current), I could update it from SSH by executing the scripts manually (/usr/local/sbin/), the manual update from the panel uploading the .bin file is not an option because it was loading and did not finish…
I do not want to have to manually run the scripts. I need an effective solution.
