My Cloud Ex2 Active Directory : Domain connectivity error RPC

Dear support
Kindly advice about Domain connectivity recently i purchased My cloud ex2 for office use in windows 2008 r2
trying to connect to domain when i go to networks and active directory and add domain its giving me following error : failed to join domain. failed to lookup dc info for domain example (office.local over rpc login failure ) even i checked my all RPC
setting and enable but still i can’t i want to import my active directory users,or apply rules for my cloud kindly advice and provide solution if any one knows.

it’s a LogOn Failure… what do you see from event viewer of your DC server?
Is your primary DNS server the same of the your DC?
Check your credentials, i’ve tryed with the my DC and it works fine
User that you’re using must be member of Domain Admin or assigned the correct rights
