Problem about domain registration

I can’t join the storage into my domain.

I receive this warning: NET_ERROR: Join ADS failed or KINIT_ERROR: 'Preauthentication failed

I have one domain controller with windows 2003 Sp2 and one with windows 2008; the level is also Windows 2003.

Does anyone have an idea what the problem is?

What version of firmware are you running? I saw that issue awhile back on an older firmware version, but it was resolved by upgrading.
