Since the last firmware update this week, I cannot connect remotely to my My Cloud Mirror (Gen 2) NAS remotely using the desktop app on Mac. I can still access my drive using the iOS app and the mycloud.com website, so remote/cloud access is ok but the app is giving me a “login not authorized” error message, while I can see the disk and its local IP, regardless of whether I am on my local network or accessing remotely.
I tried both activation codes and mycloud.com login, it shows the device but does not authorize access to it…
