My Cloud Dashboard become slow

hello ,

after updating my cloud to the latest firmware it become good
but after keeping it running for 2 days with NAS , the dashboard become so slow and i cant see the information like storage status and firmware version .
i already turned off media , cloud access and DLNA because am using it in LAN only

Have you tried resetting the unit? If not, please try that.

After reaching 200 gb of storage it become so slow

What type of files have you copied to it?

What does the Dasboard indicate for scan staus?

Am using it to for my ip cameras which is jpg files
Like i said before i already updated the firmware and reset it to factory settings
But same problem
Taking long time to show information
