My Cloud connection issues

I have had a MyCloud 2 TB drive for a few years now. I had a Linksys E3000 router and the MyCloud worked great I could access files at home and externally. I upgraded my router to a Linksys Acc200 Tri-band Mesh Wifi router. I can access MyCloud on my home network but not external as I get a connection 905 error. I chr led the router and Upnp is enabled as well as remote access and port forwarding. I also have FTP enabled in the MyCloud admin tool. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

files.mycloud.com or the mobile app? Is this a My Cloud or My Cloud Home?
