Cannot Connect to MyCloud after Router Upgrade

I recently had to upgrade my router, and I can no longer connect to MyCloud on the mobile app, on the web, or by mapping a drive. The link light is on and I can ping it, but can’t connect. Since I can’t even get to it on the web, I’m not sure what to try next to regain access to my files.

Did you give your router the same user name and password for each band that your old one had?
