My-Cloud and the update of the data

Hello all,

when I store a file on our NAS, it takes hours until the file is also accessible under os5.mycloud.com, i.e. in the cloud storage via the browser. After restarting the NAS, the files are there immediately. I am using the MyCloud PR2100.

Does anyone have any advice?

If your issue is he delay between uploading a file and when it’s seen when logged into the OS MyCloud.com web portal then its likely something to do with the OS5 Indexing. Its possible when rebooting the indexing is triggered or cleans up after itself. WD has some Support Knowledge Base Articles that may, or may not, be relevant:
