Pleeeaaase Help !

I switched off my computer when it seemed the downloads from my external h/drives had frozen… ie. nothing was happening.

When I switched on again there was no show of the MY CLOUD in the FINDER WINDOW (Mac)

Can’t find anywhere on the computer that refers to MY CLOUD.  Please can anyone out there help?

I still have 2 TB of back up to perform!

Have you tried resetting the drive?

How are the lights on the unit?

Are you able to access the drive from a different computer?
