Not accesible via app or desktop

Hi!
I have a my cloud 2tb. Working perfect before but now when I try to open it from my iphone or ipad it doesn’t work. I can acces to it from my macbook or imac via finder as a shared harddisk, but if I open any of the desktop apps they don’t work.
Any suggestions?
Of course i redtarted it several times.
