WD 4TB My Book Desktop External Hard Drive - USB 3.0 - WDBFJK0040HBK-NESN
Hi!
I have this My Book version (2014) and it is not working anymore. The problem is that every time I plug it in the USB it freezes my Windows Explorer. I had already stopped, removed, reinstalled, all drivers and did not work. I can see it in the Management System (and check all drivers, etc..) but when I tried to use de Disk Management it freezes the Disk Management and Windows Explorer (using Windows 8.1). The problem persist if I connect it to other pc. Any suggestion? I would like probably to hard reset it because I have already backup of all files. Thanks,
