Hi, can anyone tell me how to access my files on my LiveDuo. I cant access it through mycloud.
Ive tried a direct ethernet cable to my windows 10 laptop but it just says liveduo offline

I would like to inform you that “My Book Live” is not tested this device on Windows 10.
However, I suspect that SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support has been disabled on your Windows 10 computer. However, in order to resolve the issue, I request you to kindly enable SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing support and share us the outcome, so that I can assist you accordingly.
