My Book Live password

Hi,

It’s been years since i had to put a password in for my book live and now i can’t remember it. I have tried doing a reset which gives me access to the my book through my pc, but it doesnt still allow me to access the dashboard online as i need the password. any ideas?

Have you tried to perform 4 second reset on the My Book Live?
