I’ve got a My Book Live Duo asking me for a password when I try to access the dashboard. I didn’t set a password. I’ve tried every possible password I can think of, (such as: admin, password, and passwords I usually use). I tried holding down the reset button on the back with a paperclip for 6 seconds and it is still asking for a password. How do I get into the dashboard?

When you press the reset button on the back, does the unit do the whole power cycle? I am referring to the lights on the unit changing from blue to yellow and then to green.
