Password issues

I have been using a My Book Live 2TB for a while now, it is connected to 3 PC’s and two WD TV live setups, all password protected and working all ok.

The problem I have is I am unable to access the dashboard on the My Book Live, I keep getting told the password is incorrect, but everything else can connect to it using the same password, read and write to the drive is still ok.

Any ideas?

The password for you admin account is different that it is for the account that you are using to attach to the MBL?

Thanks FrodoB, but all the passwords on the MyBookLive were the same, (cant remember them otherwise) But I found a solution elsewhere on this forum, Press and hold the reset button for a long time.

All fixed now, dashboard access again
