When I try to open the dashboard the first screen that comes up asks for the Owner Password… I don’t remember ever setting one… Is this something new as previously the Dashboard just opened… Is there a default password? I am running Win10…

Reset the unit so this way the password is reset if there is one setup, after doing this the dashboard wont prompt you for a password, check this link and see if this can help you out:
ArMak, I did that and all works now… It actually took two tries; I don’t think I waited long enough after the first reset… I kept the reset button depressed 30 seconds each time. On the second attempt I waited about 6 minutes for the drive to reinitialize completely before attempting to open the Dashboard…
