I am facing multiple issues when trying to use my book live on my windows 8 laptop.

wd2go doesn’t show me the shares. I had taken advice from some of the threads and deleted all java and installed java 32 bit and it works perfectly the first time and then it lapses into the same error again. The error when clicked opens a dialog box saying çlassnotfoundexception’. This is happening in IE and Firefox both.

Accessing the drive using my computer or windows+R. It gives me an error saying 'windows cannot access \mybooklive’the details say its a 0x80070035
. And this is despite the fact that yesterday I could access the drive at some occassions. I really don’t know what is making it work and what not.
Has anyone been able to resolve these issues.
They are quite frustrating and since mine is a new WD device, I am now contemplating returning it soon if I cant make it work.
