My Book Live Duo works with FTP, all else 0 MB

My Live Duo has worked great for 5+ years. I had to move it from original network to new network, no problems getting on new network, accessing device web pages. Has only ever had one user admin, same password works. Only used one Share, Public. Internal Storage shows status of drives A&B Good. Before move usage of Public was 1.4TB / 2.0TB. After move it shows 1.4TB / 0 MB. Bottom of web pages usage line shows 0 MB / 0 MB.

Looks like it lost all data? However, I use FTP client and sign onto Drive using admin and password, all folders and files are still there, still good. I have used different PCs, Win XP, 10, 11, and a Chromebook all same results. I have rebooted Live Duo, no difference.

Good to know it has reached end of support. No, I have not opened a support case, specially since there is no support for the device. Does this mean I can’t post on the community board?

I’m just wondering if any user has run into this problem before and knows of a solution.
