My Book Live Duo Issues

I am hoping someone can help me. I have a 2*2TB Duo and have experienced several issues since I started installing the unit. I will cover them all in this message as I do not know if they are related or not . . . .

  1. WD Quick View only intermittently displays the MBL drive information when i hover over the icon - more often than not the detail is not there at all.

  2. Whilst the dashboard (accessed via explorer) tells me that my iphone running WD 2go is connected I am unable to view any of the shares on the device - i get a blank list.

  3. When I have tried to register for Web Access through the dashboard I recieve a message telling me that an email will be sent but will maybe take some time. I first tried this 48 hours ago and as yet I have had no email.

Any help with these problems would be much appreciated.


Make sure that the drive have the latest firmware installed
