My Book Live can't access IN SOME WAY

Dear all,

I am a user of 2TB My Book Live with Windows computers.

Today I found the green light is constantly flashing,

I can acsess it via “WD My Cloud” program, and read the files on it.

But no access via “My Book Live Public Share” shortcut,

i.e. file://IP address/Public

The “Dashbaord” is down too.

I ran the Network Diagnostics.

It shows “IP address exists but Windows can’t find Public”

I unplugged and plugged My Book Live, but the problem persists.

Both my computers exhibit this problem.

But I can read the files on my mobile WD My Cloud.

Could someone please help me?

Some updates,

I found out the ip address is changed and I don’t know why.

After changing the path of the “My Book Live Public Share” shortcut, I can access it normally.

There shouldn’t be an IP change when hitting the reset button of My Book Live, should it?

And my mobile devices HAVE access the whole time. It’s very weird to me.

When I go to the dashboard, it says “syetem restart (4)” and “The system has restarted” 

But the green light is still flashing constantly.
